Stiwhop Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to eligible purchases made through stiwhop.com.
1. Return Period
Eligible products may be returned within 15 days after delivery.
You must contact gracezhy_2026@hotmail.com before sending a return.
A return is not approved until written instructions are provided by Stiwhop customer service.
Do not return a product to the address shown on the original shipping package unless that address is confirmed in writing.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must normally:
· Be within the return period;
· Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
· Be free from odor, stains, cosmetics, pet hair, or other signs of use;
· Include original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and included materials;
· Be in resalable condition;
· Be sent according to the provided return instructions.
A refund may be reduced or refused when a returned product is used, damaged, incomplete, altered, washed, or not in resalable condition, subject to applicable law.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following are generally not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise returnable under applicable law:
· Customized or personalized products;
· Products marked final sale or non-returnable before purchase;
· Products that have been worn, washed, altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery;
· Products returned without required packaging, tags, or accessories;
· Gift cards or promotional rewards;
· Products outside the return period.
4. Size and Fit
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before ordering.
Minor measurement differences may occur because of production methods and do not automatically mean a product is defective.
Size or fit returns are subject to the return period, product condition, product availability, and applicable return shipping costs.
5. Color and Appearance
Minor differences in color, texture, stitching, or measurement may occur because of photography, display settings, material batches, or production methods.
Minor differences that do not materially affect normal use are not normally considered defects.
6. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products
Contact gracezhy_2026@hotmail.com as soon as possible and provide:
· Your order number;
· A description of the issue;
· Clear photographs or videos;
· Photographs of the outer package and shipping label;
· Product or size-label photographs when applicable.
Do not discard the product, packaging, shipping label, tags, or accessories before the case is reviewed.
After verification, an appropriate resolution may include replacement, reshipment, partial refund, full refund, or another agreed solution.
7. Return Procedure
1. Email gracezhy_2026@hotmail.com within 15 days after delivery.
2. Include your order number and reason for the request.
3. Provide evidence when reporting damage, defect, incorrect delivery, or missing items.
4. Wait for written return instructions.
5. Package the approved product securely.
6. Use the return address provided by customer service.
7. Retain the shipping receipt and tracking number.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.
For a verified defective, damaged, incorrect, or misfulfilled product, Stiwhop will provide appropriate instructions.
For change-of-mind, size, color, preference, or other customer-related returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and related costs.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and external charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a verified Stiwhop error.
9. Inspection and Refunds
Returned products are inspected after arrival.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection.
The time required for funds to appear depends on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
10. Exchanges
Eligible exchanges may be available within the return period, subject to inventory and product condition.
The customer may be responsible for return shipping and reshipping costs when the exchange is requested because of size, color, preference, or another customer-related reason.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before processing, production, packing, or shipment begins.
A cancellation request is not approved until written confirmation is provided by customer service.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be available.
12. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a package does not automatically create an approved return.
The customer may be responsible for original shipping, return shipping, redelivery, customs, carrier, or handling costs when a package is returned for a customer-related reason.
13. 60-Day Limited Warranty
Eligible products include a 60-day limited warranty against verified manufacturing or quality defects, calculated from the delivery date.
The warranty does not cover:
· Normal wear and tear;
· Accidental damage;
· Improper use;
· Incorrect washing or care;
· Damage caused by heat, moisture, chemicals, impact, pressure, or storage;
· Unauthorized alteration or repair;
· Incorrect size or color selected by the customer;
· Minor differences that do not affect normal use.
14. Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
